It's hard when you know something but you aren't allowed to talk about it! We've known we landed this tour for about a week now, but we had to keep super quiet about it! I had this huge fear that we wouldn't be able to announce until AFTER tickets had gone on sale....this would be so fucked up because all our fans wouldn't know in time to buy tickets...i swear i almost lost sleep over it last night....so excited we get to give the heads up! Social D was a huge influence on me growing up (who wasn't fucking influenced?) We are honored to be sharing some rock n' roll with them! I think my fav albums are White Light etc, and the Sex, love and rock n' roll one.....I saw Mike Ness rock out a million times when I worked at HOB Anaheim.....and every night he would have us make him french toast....something that wasn't even on the menu! I love french toast man, and subsequently I found myself getting to eat Mike Ness-grade french toast nightly....I have some fond memories of Jonny "Two Bags" as well...."fond" being the only word i can think of to describe being in a police car in front of my moms' house at our cd release party in my tiara and cocktail dress....i have this super vivid memory of jonny holding up a frantically scrawled note that read "ALL THIS FOR A CUPCAKE PARTY?" Ha ha! What is now funny, was TOTALLY not funny at the time....yes, the rumors are true....Suzi, me AND our mother (Debzilla) got arrested at our own HOUSE and CD RELEASE party.....watch the video of us getting carried away talking to Joe Sibb about it on air at the late, great INDIE 103.1 ....i haven't quite figured out how to post videos yet, sooooooo go search that on you tube or let me know how it's done! Anyway! It's great to know we are going out with an amazing band...our opening band "The Strangers" is headed by none other than Dave of the Breakdowns, who we know all to well! We are excited to have friends on this tour and finally get to CANADA!!!! See you biotches on the road!
